FAQ: Does your coach review all your calls between sessions?

No.

Most people who come to us are in a long-standing pattern that isn't working. One video is sufficient to find this pattern, as it tends to present in all sales conversations.

Realistically, there's only so much change that anyone can make at one time. When you make one seemingly small change, it changes everything about the way you sell. Then we look at a new video to find the next opportunity.

Some of our clients don't send us any videos. It's your choice. We know how to run Discoveries that reveal what's preventing you from selling the way you want to.

  • 1-hr Zoom call with your coach to discuss feedback on your call, as well as set goals for upcoming sales conversations.

FAQ: Can everyone learn SLC sales techniques?

We believe that everyone can learn a consultative sales approach. That said, some salespeople are locked into a sales style by their employers. Learning sales is like learning to ride a bicycle. You must practice to get it. Before we accept a client commitment, we confirm in an initial Discovery that you're in a position to practice new sales techniques and that there is sufficient reason for you to do so.

FAQ: Does Discovery end after our first call? 

Absolutely not!

Every session is a Discovery. The first one is on us.
